Summary0000430: Add Open #Include File menu item to the Pascal Code view
DescriptionCurrently the menu item for "Open #Include File" is not available when in the Pascal Code view.

Adding this would allow easier access to opening include files that are with in the code section of the Inno Setup script.
Steps To ReproduceWhen in the "Pascal Code" view and you right click over the include file there is no menu option to open it.
