Please provide more information, is this for Include files that the compiler is reporting an error with?

For both included files and for the main script file.
As far as I can tell InnoIDE does this only for the main script file, using F12 after a compilation which produces an error. InnoIDE does not jump to the file/line/position in Included files but still would be nice to have in Inno Script Studio.

Not sure if you are familiar with Delphi but when the compiler produces an error you can doubleclick the error in the messages window than the focus and position of the caret will be placed at the unit and line with the error.

Added feature to version 2.2

Double clicking an error in the Compiler Log will now display the editor window used for compile and will position the caret line on the correct line as well as highlighting the line in dark red
